Dear Brother:--
I enclose you a blank bill of divorce in favor of one of bro. Dominicus Carter's wives. I think her name was Hubbard, she is a grand daughter of Sister Nixon. I wish you to see that the bills are signed and paid for, and deliver each of the parties a copy, and return the original to me. Permit the mother to retain her children.
