Dear Brother:-So soon as grass and the snow in the mountains will permit, say from the middle of April to 1st of May next, a small company of Elders will leave here upon missions to Europe.

Should it be consistent with your feelings and circumstances, we should be pleased to have you go with them probably to France, to be under the direction of the Presidency in the British Isles.

Please inform me, by the first opportunity, how this proposition meets your views and feelings.
