Sir.
Your letter in relation to Mr. Crow [Isaac] Shepherd arrived the 21st inst, and I immediately with my advice to him on the subject
So far as I have any knowledge the difficulty has been and still is land that Mr Shepherd has season by which he can prove
Should anything favorable come to light answer, or from a rehearing, when Shepherd desires, or from any other I will inform you by the first opportunity.
