Dear Brother:-As requested in yours of the 16th. inst., you are at liberty to use labor tithing to the amount specified (some two or three hundred dollars) in repairing fence on the land lately purchased by br. C.H. Wheelock from Springville Corporation, provided you will be security for the amount so used being re-paid to the Church, or, if you prefer, take security on said land for the re-payment of said amount.
