Dear Brother:-- I have authorized Elder Ezra T. Benson to call upon the brethren in
such Wards in your Presidency as he may choose, so far as they are due labor tithing, to assist him in building, fencing, and such other labor as he may wish to have done. In all such cases I wish br. Benson, or the persons doing the work, to report to the proper Bishop, whom I wish to keep accurate accounts of such labor and furnish you with said accounts to be forwarded to this office.
