Bishop Edward Hunter and the Bishop of G.S.L. City.

Dear Brethren:-We are desirous of having a temporary Bowery erected on the Temple Block on the site of the former Bowery, which will answer as a place of meeting during the summer months.

We purpose to erect it of poles and cover it with brush, and we wish it completed in time for the celebration of the Fourth of July, to accomplish which we wish the Bishops to make arrangements, so that the work may be commenced immediately. We suggest the propriety of dividing the work among the different wards of the City. Those who work on it will be paid for their work on labor Tithing.
