Bishop G.W. Bradley,
Moroni, Sanpete Co., U.T.,

Dear Brother:-I much approve of the purpose of yourself and the brethren in your place to build a good commodious house for public meetings, and to aid you in so doing
you are at liberty to use the labor tithing in your Ward, except that portion required to deliver your tithing wheat to the General Tithing Office in this City.

As you have a plenty of mechanics I decline suggesting a plan for your building, preferring to have you exercise your own judgements and please yourselves as to size, form, materials, finish, &c.

Your Brother in the Gospel,

Brigham Young
