Sister Johanna Farmer,
Manti, Sanpete, U.T.,

Hon. W.H. Hooper, our Delegate in Congress, is now in Washington City, District of Columbia, and is a person by whom your daughter can forward money to you with perfect safety, on his return to his home in this City next Spring.

You can inform your daughter of this fact, by writing to her by the first mail after you receive these lines, so that your letter may reach her before br. Hooper passes through St Louis. on his way home.

At the time you forward your letter to your daughter, as above advised, it will be well to forward to me your order on your daughter for such amount of money as she wishes to send to you, leaving a blank for the name of the person the order is to be paid to, and I will fill the blank and forward it. Please also inform me the name of your daughter and where in St Louis she resides that I may be able to advise the person whose name I put in the order where to find her with the least loss of time.
