Dear Brother:-In reply to your note of the 20th inst., please say to the brethren you therein recommend, that they are at liberty to be in the Endowment House in this City on any Saturday they may prefer, each brother with a recommend from you, when their wishes will be attended to. This step is requisite, whether the parties have had their endowments or not.
