As Bp. Preston Thomas, I am informed, wishes to move to our "Dixie," we would be pleased to have you, if consistant with your feelings and circumstances, move to Franklin, Cache County, and be ordained Bishop of that place.

Should the foregoing request coincide with your feelings, by making your arrangements to be in Franklin at as early a day as convenient you will much oblige.
