Elder Jacob Houtz,       City
Dear Brother:

The bunch of Cotton Yarn you sent me is very good, some say equel to the best English yarn of the same number. I am much pleased with your success so far, and trust you will continue in so well doing.

As to price, I do not see how you can well avoid being governed by the correct market rates, which I understand is at present $7 50/100 in "greenbacks."

Your Brother in the Gospel,

Brigham Young
