Bishop Rowberry

Dear Brother:-The bearer of this letter, Charles G. Parkinson, says that he bought three city lots in Grantsville with the water priviledge, from L. Rodgers, in 1861; and his right to the water has never been disputed till a few days ago, when J. W. Coolley claimed the water as his. There being no bishop at present in Grantsville, you will please investigate the matter, and render such decision as you consider just and right.
