Dear Brethren:

We have decided upon Wyoming, near Nebraska City, on the Missouri river, as our outfitting point, on the Fruntier, for our immigration; and I would be pleased to have you, and all who wish their interests identified with the interests of Utah, fit out your trains at that place, for I am satisfied that so doing will redound to the benefit of all concerned.

Should you find that the location pleases you, and that the figures are reasonable, you may conclude to make some investment in property there. I expect that perhaps br. Joseph W. Young will do so.
