Dear Brother:

We sent to you by mail, Thursdays and Mondays, the Presidents copies of dispatches until br. Elias told me that he sent the Dispatches to you from the News Office, which I presume he thought was the case, but from your letter to Briant I find that he was mistaken. I again forward as before, Mondays and Fridays and hope that you will regularly receive them.
