President's Office, G. S. Lake City
Dec. 7th, 1864.

Elder E. W. Tullidge,

Dear Brother,

In relation to your communication, in which you state that you have resolved to end the commercial connection of the Peep O'Day with the Vedette Office, <the> President Young informed me, last night, that the Deseret News Office could not print your paper, the Peep O'Day, the Office having already all the work on hand that it can do. If you had the gold to pay right down for the work, it could not be done.

I remain Your Brother,

Geo. Q. Cannon
