Your favor of Nov. 30th has just been received.

The Dance to which you allude is the Scotch Reel; any person familiar in the Scotch Music will know what it is.

Your acquaintances, whose names you mention in your communication Peter Nebeker, Allen Weeks, etc., etc.-- were well and doing well when I last heard from them.

Enclosed please find my Carte-de-Visite, which you desired me to send to you.
