Dear Brother:-

Your letter of the 18th inst. enclosing one from your daughter has been received. I herewith return you
her letter. I think you had better try to send her some means this spring

If she would come out and visit you, it would be a very good arrangement; and if she should not be
satisfied, you could send her back. A letter to this effect might influence her to come here; and if she
should come, the foolish prejudices which she evidently possesses might be removed.
