Dear Brother:--

Your letter of Mar. 7th on the subject of <the> emigration of your relatives, has been received. I sympathise very much with the poor saints in Europe, and would like to see them emigrated as speedily as possible. But there is a limit to my ability. There are so many calls of various kinds made upon me that I find myself unable to extend that aid to the Saints abroad which I am importuned by their friends from time to time to extend. The sending down of <the> teams this season, and the expence connected there with exhausts the spare means of the Church, and I can give no encouragement to any of the Saints that they will be brought on by the Church means.

With love, I remain Your brother.
