Dear Brother:

F. A. Head, Superintendent of Indian Affairs, wishes to get ten or twelve hundred pounds flour for the Indians; you will therefore deliver that amount to his order from the tithing store. If you should not have any tithing flour nor wheat, find some persons who wishes to sell flour in this city, and exchange with them for flour here, and Mr. Head <the Superintendent> will furnish the same
