Mrs Amanda Smith,

Dear Sister:

In reply to your note, respecting the sale of your land, I have to say that I will pay you as I told you that I would, for your land. Then if Mrs. Lyne wants to buy the land, and will give what Mr Lyn proposes to pay for it, I will make out the Deed in her name, and let her have it. But I to not feel like consenting for him to have the Deed.
