To the Bishops of Millard,
Beaver and Iron Counties,

Dear Brethren:

In dividing the duty of furnishing and setting the Telegraph Poles through your Counties, you should get together and assign the work in proportion to the number and ability of the people of each County. The No. of Miles a County may put up, and furnish the wire therefor they will own. I am of the opinion that ere long the line will pay a handsome divident.

Respectfully Yours in the Gospel

Brigham Young
