There will be needed some Four Hundred (400) gallons of tar for the New Tabernacle roof. At what price per gallon can you furnish the Tar delivered in this City paying you therefor out of the Tithing Office Parowan? Could you not furnish it cheaper and more readily by making it in Millard or Juab Cos. if the pitch pine can be found? How soon can you deliver it if you take the contract? Please give all particulars by return mail and oblige
