Enclosed please find extracts from a letter written me by Bro. Jas. Williamson respecting the division of property between himself and wife and <also about> the water for his land. Will you please arrange this matter? I have written to him, and said, if there are not men enough down where you are to settle as small a matter as dividing water and arranging such matters, you had better move up here"
