To the Directors of the Weber Kanyon road.

Brethren:

You are hereby authorized to call on Bps. Willard G. Smith and Charles S. Peterson for Two Thousand (2,000) Dollars in stock, vegetables, and grain to go towards completing the road, now under way, on the North side of the Weber river. This is not a donation, but to be taken up in shares or stock in the road the same as individual subscribers.
