As you have kindly offered to purchase and forward such instruments as we need for our new Telegraph Line, running North and South through our Territory, I take the liberty of furnishing you with a list of the articles we need, and also enclose a blank draft on Cal. State Tel. Co. which you can fill up for the amount that you need to pay for these articles:
