Dear Brethren:

Will you please furnish the Teamsters and the Teams, hauling the Cross Arms for the Telegraph Line, and the hands which accompany them to put up the same, with Food, lodging and feed for their Teams, and enter the amount of the same in the Pass Book which they have with them, and you will receive credit therefor
