President B. Young Jr.,
Liverpool, England,

Dear Son:

The senders of drafts no. 479, for £7.2.8, favor of Daniel Pool; no. 429, for £8.0.0, favor of Charlotte Marie Christiansen; no. 463, for £8.0.0, favor of John Baxter, wish these sums returned to them here. If the drafts have not been paid please transfer the amounts to Trustee in Trust a/c and advise me.

Wm. Jennings paid £10.0.0 last spring into your Office towards the emigration of J. and Margery Spence, who had previously paid £12.10.0 themselves. It is supposed that there is a balance of £7.2.0 to the credit of Spence on your books, if so, transfer the amount to be paid here.

Since I last advised you I have drawn the following drafts:-No. 910, £6.10.0, Hiram T. Spencer; No 916, £8.0.0, W. B. Preston; 917, £8.0.0, Frederich Culmer; 918, £40.0.0, D. M. Phail; 919, £3.0.0, Wm Chaplin; 920, £4.0.0, Nathaniel Ireland; 921, £4.0.0, L. A. Bramson; 922, £5.0.0, Edwin Frost. 923, L. 3.6. 8, John Hubbard; 924, £7.0.0; Sarah Pickering; No. 925, £2.13.4, L. Christiansen.

Enclosed please find drafts no. 921, and 923.
