The President says you can have the carding Machine belonging to him at Beaver for One Thousand Bushels of Oats delivered to him in this City & will give you time to make the full payment you paying him ten per cent per annum Interest until paid. I have forgotten the name of the Brother who spoke to me about the Machine in Connection with yourself, If these terms suit you, you will please say so, if not, please let me know what you can or may wish to do about the matter.
