Gentlemen:- Your letter of to days' date respecting the amounts due you by Wm Jennings of this city has been received.

I would recommend you to go to Justice Clinton, or to Judge Elias Smith of the Probate Court, both of whom are men who will see that you get justice, & will aid you in obtaining every just due, as much so as any men in the world.
