Sir:-I will sell you the place known as the Prowtt property being the East Half of Block One Hundred and Two (102) in Wyoming City survey, for the sum of Five Hundred (500.00) Dollars, on payment of this sum, on receipt of this note, by yourself, to Messrs D. J. McCann & Co Bankers Nebraska City, & on their advising me of the same i.e. that they hold to my Credit subject to my order the said sum of Five Hundred dollars, I will forward to you or to them, as you may direct, a transfer or deed for the premises.
