Dear Brother:

Your note of to-day's date has been received. I have no capital to spare to put up such a building as I would want to erect upon the ground where your Office stands. Whenever I build there I would want to put up a good Block of buildings. Of course, you are at liberty to do as you please about keeping your Office there.
