Do you own the Cove Creek (Millard Co.) Ranche? If you do, would you sell it to the Church and at what price & on what conditions. How large is your claim and what does it all consist of? The President has established a Telegraph station there and if he can purchase your interest in the place he will put up a stone Fort &c &c for the protection and Convenience of the operator and the travelling public. Please give me every information by return mail & oblige.
