Dear Brethren:

Your communication of yesterday's date, on the subject of making a trip through some of the Northern Settlement's, for the purpose of playing such Pieces as are likely to be instructive and amusing, has been received.

I do not have the least objection to your making the trip for the purpose you propose, and think that it will be a realization and benefit to you.
