Dear Brother:

Your favor of the 13th instant has been received. As soon as we get all the offices opened that we wish we will have employment for all the young men who have acquired the art of telegraphy.

If you have not paid for your office, or the material for it (which I believe Nephi has not) I would like steps to be taken to raise the means necessary to defray this expense as early as possible.
