Dear Brother:

Your letter of February 16th respecting your difficulties on the Island, and expressing your wishes, &c., was duly received. Bro. Briant Stringam's opinion (and I think it is correct) that if you confine your operations of the valley where you now are, bounded by the dividing ridge north and the dividing ridge south, that you will have enough fuel to last you for years
