President B. Young,

Dear bro:--

Enclosed please find copies of the Western Union Telegraph Company's Account as rendered by them, and of an accompanying letter from O.H. Palmer Esq. their Secretary.

I have also enclosed copy of our last Account rendered against them, as sent to bro Hooper, by which you will see how widely the balances in your favor differ. At foot of our Account please see items in red ink added by me to show where all the difference ($15676.65) arises, and that the two accounts agree when those differences are adjusted.

I mail this to your address at Parowan as the mail starts in the morning, hoping to intercept you and to be in time for any communication you may wish to make by telegraph for bro Clawson respecting this Account before he starts East.

Your brother
