Dear Brethren:

In consequence of information which has come to us respecting Elder John Hughes, who has been acting as President of your quorum in this place, we deem it wise to release him from the presidency of your quorum and to appoint Elder Daniel Tyler to take charge of the High Priests' Quorum in Beaver until further orders.
