I have made inquiries respecting your brother, Mr. Rufus G. Mason, and I find that he was at Ogden but left there last fall.

There were a number of letters received at the Post Office for him; but as no one called for them, the postmaster advised me that they were sent to the Dead Letter Office. This is all the information I have been able to learn respecting him.
