Dear Sir:-

Your favor dated 14th inst. came to hand yesterday.

There are no means of reaching this city except by the daily stage which is a very expensive mode of traveling, and I presume you would prefer reaching our Territory by as economical means as possible. I therefore refer you to Wm. H. Miles, 117 John St. or Box 3957 P. O. New York, who will give you all the information you may require, in relation to the best means of reaching this City.

I deem this the best source for you to persue under existing circumstances. Mr. Miles can also inform you where our meetings are held in that City, and you may be able to make yourself more fully acquainted with the Doctrines of the Latter-day Saints.
