President Brigham Young advised Heber P. Kimball to select some good, honest, capable, trustworthy man, not connected with his father's family, and for him and the man he thus selects to take out letters of administration and take a minute and correct inventory of all of his father's property, and settle up the estate of his father, Heber Chase Kimball, according to the directions of the Probate Court of Salt Lake County, Territory of Utah.
