Dear Bro-- In reply to yours of the 25th inst., I am instructed by Bro. T.W. Ellerbeck, Chief Clerk, to say that all Cash received by you or any one on tithing, must be forwarded to this Office, and a printed receipt given therefor in the regular way. If you have furnished the money with which to pay the taxes of Bros. Wells and Hunter, it should be regarded in the light of a loan, and you look to them, and them only, for the repayment.

Enclosed please find receipts alluded to in yours pertaining to above named matter.
