Mr. B. Hamburger,
17th St. Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Dear Sir:-

Yours of the 22nd. ult. enclosing Bill against the late Chauncey W. West was received.

As soon as possible I called the attention of the administrators to the bill, who assured me, "it would have to stand the same chances as other Account -- all of which would be discharged as equitably as the estate of the deceased would allow."

Without being absolutely certain, I think that if a reasonable time is allowed them, the Administrators will be able to meet all of his liabilities

I have placed your account in the hands of Mr. Lester Herrick of Ogden City, who is chief administrator

Yours with respect
