Yours of even date has been received calling my attention to a matter which I supposed had long since been settled.

I will cause my clerk to investigate the subject, which he will do without delay.

Should it prove that the Trustee-in-Trust is owing you the amount you indicate -- I regret to say that it is not in my power at present to liquidate it, but I will take the earliest opportunity to do so.
