Enclosed please find a detailed Statement of Materials, Equipment & supplies received by the U.C.R.R. from the U.P.R.R. Co. on my A/c.

As you will perceive, the accompanying papers were drawn up by the Gen. Supt. of the U.C.R.R. Copies of which I forward you, with the request that you will have the prices affixed & properly adjusted; also, the remainder of the materials, & Equipment still due me, forwarded as speedily as practicable with a view to a final settlement of these accounts.
