Your letter inquiring for "a Copy of the Book of Mormon, or Mormon Bible" has been received.

Prest Young is from home, but I will say that this book is for sale at the Deseret News Office, S.L. City, where if you send $1.50 they will mail you post paid one copy. It is proper for me to say, however, that the Bible of the Latter-day-Saints is the Old & New Testaments, the Book of Mormon is a history of the Aboriginies of this continent which we believe because it is true, but it is not our Bible
