Dear Brethren:-

Yours of the 16th ult in relation to some land has been received.

So far as I understand the case there is no legal redress you can claim unless such can be had by disputing Mr. Durant's title.

You were at fault in not pre-empting the land before the ninety days elapsed. It would appear that Durant has secured the title lawfully.

Your only chance for redress apparently, is to have the case examined on its merits before a Bishop's Court, or the High Council.
