Please forward me the papers in the case of Jesse McCauslin with copy of the proceedings of the High Council relating thereto, for the consideration of the First Presidency, to whom the case has been appealed. The few papers in this office relating to the matter, are alone of no use, consisting simply of the decisions of the Bishops Court and High Council.
