Dear Bro:

Your letter to President Young of the 15th inst., in relation to deed of Your property in the 17th Ward,
has been referred to me.

I have examined Bro. Woolley's records, and find that the property still stands recorded in your name.
The consecration deeds given to President Brigham Young as Trustee-in Trust for the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day-Saints were never recorded on the County records, consequently the title is in
yourself, and you have the right to deed in whatever manner you think best in the premises.

I have filled up the enclosed deed, ready for your signature, as I thought that probably you might have
forgot the discription of the lots.

please have a acknowledge it there, and return here for recording.

Very respectfully,
Your Bro. in the Gospel,

James Jack
