Dear Sir

In reply to your favor of 27th ult to Prest Young, I have sent you a pamphlet, which will, I believe, answer many of your enquiries. Regarding membership in our Church, I will say that all who with sincere and honest faith in God, and with genuine repentance for past errors, desire to become united with us, and enter the church through the waters of baptism are received and retained in our faith and fellowship and may for ever continue so, by a life worthy of the doctrines they have received. The obligations imposed upon us, are those, and those alone, imposed upon men by the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Should you desire, further information than that contained in the "Answers to Questions" I shall, if in my power, be happy to give you, In the meanwhile I remain,
