Mr Ernest Lisle

Dear Bro.
President Young is now absent from home visiting the saints in the northern portions of the Territory, and President G.A. Smith, who in the absence of President Young attends to his correspondence, directed me to advise you to call on Elder W.H. Hooper (our delegate to Congress) or Elder John T. Caine who is with him. Either of these brethren will give you such counsel and information as you may need.

Captain Hooper can be found at the House of Representatives

Yours Very Respectfully
Geo Reynolds
